We have installed hundreds of muti-family apartment units and homes which primarily used pre-fabricated builder boxes. Which are cabinets that have been manufactured "ready to install"  Cabinets from retail stores such as home depot or lowes or local manufactures we do them all. 

These kitchens can require a lot of finish work, trim kits, crown & scribe molding, toe kicks, door and drawer adjustments, are all put into a finish package based on the detail of the finish work and estimated accordingly. Finish packages can range from $500-$1500.00 on top of the per box installation price.
